Nine cream varieties combine with seven Sweets for 63 forms. Give Milcery a Sweet and spin your character: direction, duration and time determine the cream. Shiny forms still retain the Sweet distinction.

For Rainbow Swirl, use the evening window: Sword/Shield follows its real-time evening rules, while Scarlet/Violet follows the in-game cycle. Current sources agree on more than ten seconds; Bulbapedia permits either direction, while Serebii describes counterclockwise spinning.
