These eight cap forms are fixed variants inspired by Ash’s hats. They cannot switch caps. Their distributions differ from Cosplay Pikachu and from the broader range of costumes in Pokémon GO.
The eight caps
Pokémon: 8Partner Cap has a persistent QR gift in Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon. Other cap distributions had their own deadlines. GO’s similar hats have separate transfer and shiny rules; consult the dated restriction guides.
In the core games these cap Pokémon are male, cannot breed or evolve, and do not receive Eviolite’s benefit. In compatible games, Thunderbolt with Pikashunium Z enables their special Z-Move.
