Regional Pokémon Forms

Regional forms are variants of an existing species associated with a particular region. A separate evolution of a regional form is a different species, covered in the branched and regional evolution guide.
Alola
Pokémon: 18Alola introduced regional forms in Sun and Moon. Familiar Kanto species gained new adaptations, such as Ice-type Vulpix and Dark-type Rattata.


















Galar
Pokémon: 20Galar includes changes to familiar evolutions and new evolutionary branches: regional Meowth leads to Perrserker, while regional Corsola leads to Cursola.




















Hisui
Pokémon: 18Hisuian forms include ancient regional variants. White-Striped Basculin is shown here as a Hisui-associated form; sources do not uniformly classify it as a regional form.


















Paldea
Pokémon: 4Tauros has three Paldean breeds: all are Fighting type, with Fire or Water added in two breeds. Paldean Wooper is Poison/Ground.
