Change default gender form order

I'd love for a option let's us choose which cosmetic gender forms come first. Currently, it's always male forms first.

I get that pokémon has always made male pokémon the default, but I think having it neutral would be the fairest.

E.g. labeling all cosmetic gender forms with either male or female, instead of just labeling forms as female. :)

Those with no gender differences can simply stay unlabelled.
