Dexes: Ability to Filter forms / Put them at the bottom of lists or exclude individual from the list.

In games/Home it would be nice to make it so forms are able to be filtered in more detail (such as gender, megas, regional, cosmetic, generic) and also add an option to add them at the bottom of the list rather then added next to the base pokemon. this will make it so we can track whats left for base Pokémon and also show forms that we want and in a way that does not affect the visual flow. or exclude individual pokemon from the list
