Allow excluding shinies from Catch Challenge

would be nice if catch challenges also had a shiny only option or only allow certain games

@Altey you can configure it per-game, when you edit the game save options

but not the shiny-only or non-shiny

Now you have 3 options: Exclude shinies, Only shinies, Shiny + Regular
