Bucket tool: Apply any ball or tool to a whole box
May i suggest a "mark whole box"? Maybe when you select a pokeball and click on the box header, it'll mark all pokemons in that box as catched with the ball selected.

Good one! I'd love for the tool to be able to change other details, as well. Think gender, region mark, language etc. 🤭 @pokepc
