Gendered Forms where the Female was the original Base form Pre-Gen 4 have the incorrect Gender assigned.

Pokemon like Hypno and Ursaring where the Male is the form that was adjusted in Diamond and Pearl. On Ursaring the Male should be the one with the longer hair and the same with Hypno.
