Improved tracking
I don't want to manually import every single one of my hundreds of pokemon into my boxes and pokedex, so could you possibly add something to check our boxes and copy down our pokemon into said game save pokedex and boxes?

That's not possible. there is no way to import/copy stuff from the original games.
