Showcase Diploma(s) on Save Files

I've just started playing FireRed on Switch. Due to the nature of this release, I'll never be able to obtain Mew, so I’m never getting a 100% Kanto Pokédex. This got me thinking: It would be neat to showcase which diploma(s) I pick up on a save file as the requirements for the in-game Diploma(s) mitigate some of the event-exclusive and unobtainable Pokémon specific to each release.
