Gale of Darkness tracker missing non-shadow pokemon

the tracker for pokemon XD: Gale of darkness is missing the available non-shadow pokemon that could be obtained via pokespots. I caught a gligar ingame from a pokespot and i cannot add it to boxes portion of tracker. Also, it only allows 3 boxes in the tracker when iirc you can hold up to 14 boxes of pokemon in the game.
