Add toggle to hide gigantamax/mega forms in tracker without disabling cosmetic forms

Toggling track forms disables both cosmetic and gigantamax/mega forms, but toggling cosmetic only hides the cosmetics, could be interesting to have a toggle named something like battle forms that disables them, since we cannot upload items to pokebank I consider them caught.
