Preset that ignores Gender Forms

I'd like it if there were a preset which ignores Gender Forms. Currently, all the presets for Generation 4 and 5 games overfill the possible boxes and you can't actually use them.

If I were to make a Living Dex for these games, I would do it by ignoring gender forms. This would allow an actual preset to be used for these games.
